We aims to produce sustainable product and service design solutions with high added value in different sectors by using only our own BUSINESS DESIGNING METHOD.
In the industrial product design, we first and just examine the product. We evaluate the components of the technological product. We are investigating the issues we are dealing with. We are understanding what the business processes are related to the product. We identify missings or shortcomings around product components, business processes, product issues. So we are understanding whether a new product is needed or if the existing product needs to be developed. We create a new course of action based on the collected data. We use our own design method with our flexible business model. Thus, we eliminate market and product requirements and make the product concrete. Come on, let's design your products together!
We distinguish between product and process in service design. Nowadays, service providers are experiencing a rapid change and transformation. Product / business and business processes are confused by the people. This is due to technological developments such as (mechanical tools, robots and artificial intelligence. In addition to these positive / negative impacts, we also define factors such as competitors, market, service processes, business environment, customer variety, employee differentiation, consumer habits, customer experience, customer perception, customer satisfaction and service quality. According to these data, we are developing a new human / community-oriented service design. We meet the service design needs of our customers. We do this through our flexible business model and our own design method.
There is a destructive competition in the domestic market and foreign markets. Strategic management is essential for sustainable competition. Nowadays, businesses should make this a talent. Thus, businesses are positioned correctly or brands are managed more effectively. Therefore, strategic management is an existential necessity in small and medium sized enterprises. Strategic management is the basic need in large enterprises. Various and regular technical analyzes are carried out in enterprises. Strategic conclusions are made within the future structure that can be predicted by these technical analyzes. However, strategic management should be made with accurate predictions and substantial foresight based on technical analysis in the markets where uncertainty prevails. For this reason, strategy means thinking-foresight for us. In this way, we determine the location where businesses come from and where they want to arrive. We examine all kinds of talent and production capacity with external threats and opportunities. We rediscover how, when and where to go.
